Experience
I have over 18 years providing individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
I've worked in residential treatment centers focused on youth with serious behavioral
challenges and mental health needs.
In private practice, I have expanded my expertise providing individual therapy
to adults who have histories of trauma, relationship conflicts, anxiety and depression. I have
especially enjoyed working with adults with Asperger's Syndrome.
Currently I am a Clinical Program Manager in an organization dedicated to
at risk youth and their families. I manage the clinical team responsible for assessment and
services for all youth in care.
There is so much in this world to explore and we never know who or what might have the answers
we seek. Museums and hiking keep me grounded while meditating keeps me spiritually connected.
My husband taught me that I can learn a lot about life from football and my dog reminds me to keep it simple.
