I provide individual telehealth therapy for adults across Texas. My work focuses on helping people navigate anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions while building greater clarity, resilience, and psychological flexibility.
Anxiety
Anxiety can show up as constant overthinking, racing thoughts, or a sense that your mind never fully turns off. Many people feel trapped in cycles of worry, self doubt, or perfectionism. Therapy can help you develop new ways of relating to anxious thoughts so they no longer control your life.
ADHD for Adults
ADHD in adulthood often shows up as difficulty focusing, feeling scattered, chronic overwhelm, or struggling to follow through on goals. Therapy can help you better understand how your mind works and develop practical strategies to move forward with greater clarity and structure.
Life Transitions
Periods of change can bring uncertainty, stress, and a feeling of being stuck. Whether you are navigating career changes, relationship shifts, or questions about direction and purpose, therapy can provide a space to reflect, gain clarity, and move forward intentionally.
Trauma and Difficult Family Experiences

How Therapy Works
Sessions are conducted through secure telehealth for adults located anywhere in Texas. Individual sessions are 50 minutes long. Insurance and private pay options are available.
